Somehow it ended up in Fife Lake, having cycled through a loop from Grand Rapids to CLT back and forth several times. When my tracking number showed Fife Lake, I called. The next day Dee called me at home with an update, and later Tish figured out the problem and got the package out of the loop and called me at home to let me know the package status. My granddaughter received it today. These folks could not have been nicer or more helpful. They went above and beyond to help me. They are 10 out of 10 in my book! Makes me want to visit Fife Lake!

I have received packages opened, checks have not come and have been returned to sender, the delivery person never delivers to my house or even comes up my driveway making me go to the post office every time a letter is mailed. My packages when they are delivered to my house, are often thrown onto the ground outside. Time for a change of employees here!!
