- THTerry H4 days ago1.0Consistently bad service with apathetic staff. I went in there to mail some collectibles and no surprise there's a sign on break 15 minutes nobody to cover the counter. The best service I got was in Dearborn when I lived there two years I noticed I go to a government agency whether it's the Secretary of State family Independence agency the post office there's a first second generation immigrant at the counter I know I'm going to get professional friendly competent service. I've lived in Ferndale for about 20 years other than moving away for 2 years and I should have stopped going to this post office a long time ago . The hostility from the females that work there isn't like it was a decade ago it was real bad I could give you a lot of examples . Postal workers make a lot of money I'm pro Union but I wouldn't be mad at a patron if they crossed the picket line at that location .
