  Usually have good service here. I had an odd shaped item that I needed a box for, prepaid shipping label. Store associate “Mary” charged 6.50 for standard pack materials and $7.50 pack service. When I questioned the charges “Mary” was very rude and stated something along the lines of “if we’re putting it in the box that’s what the charges are for”The item was already packaged. I can put it in the box and tape if myself . I will be using another UPS Store or fedex from now on.

  Don’t interact with anyone here except the guy who appears to be in his mid30s, who I think owns this location. He is fast and efficient and polite. The other employees are beyond useless. They will tell you your packaging isn’t good enough and charge you for extra packaging. example: a legal envelope wasn’t good enough and someone charged me $15 for their cardboard envelope, saying I had to use it or it couldn’t be delivered. By the way, if you make the mistake of shipping something in person here: when UPS fails to deliver it or it gets lost, you have to go back to this location to file a claim. You can’t do it online and you can’t do it over the phone. So you’ll have to go right back to the hotbed of incompetence that is this location. I would avoid and go to FedEx.

  Terrible service from Mary. Very rude when asked about the PO Boxes. I'm very surprised with all of these neg reviews, that they're still in business and that the owner hasn't made any changes to keep customers returning. Terrible on both ends. I wouldn't want to frequent a place that the owner doesn't care to correct the actions of the employees.

  Had a very weird interaction with store associates. I was instructed to drop off an Amazon return. I had the original box so rather than just bringing the product I brought the boxes too. Store associate named "Mary" charged $4 to tape the box. This was not a requirement of Amazon, I was instructed to just drop it off. Due to a huge line and unfriendly/unprofessional nature of the associate I paid it. Just be aware this location will try to fleece you. It's convenient but there's a cost.

  I’ll go out of my way to another location before I ever come back here. Terrible customer service. They act like their customers are the biggest inconvenience to them. Tried putting my fully sealed package into another package two times the size while I wasn’t paying attention and were going to charge me for the package and the extra size - without even explaining this to me and confirming that I was ok with this purchase. Terrible attitude the entire time. Dont worry, I won’t be “bothering” their employees anymore by simply using their business. And to the owner who replies on reviews - save your energy, based on your previous replies you clearly have no interest in improving your business, just gaslighting your customers.
