The staff is so helpful, going out of their way to assist customers. I wish this were more the "norm" than the rarity. After what we've experienced at other locations throughout the US, my first time visiting this location, I was shocked at the personal attention they give their customers, and beyond appreciative.

Telling a customer Hawaii is overseas shipping, doubling down and harassing your customer about it, only to have your supervisor correct you? This was the most offensive experience ive ever had with any USPS. Not only that. The Nintendo Switch we were shipping was flagged by said employee as "Hazardous" based on a call we had with customer support. If you are shipping to family in Hawaii or any of the US Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam) it is considered domestic ground. Avoid the new guy at all costs. Speak only with the woman at the register. The new guy has absolutely no idea what a US territory is. He will harass you and double down on his flawed logic. The woman at the register is a true professional and helped us get our second and third Nintendo Switch to Hawaii without incident, the first one is still traveling there 3 months later. Oh well.
