First off, I’m pretty sure the entire staff qualified for early bird specials somewhere before clocking in. Nothing against experience, but if speed were a sport, this place would still be tying its shoes at the starting line. I aged at least a year waiting in line—honestly considering forwarding my own mail to the future just to compensate. Then there’s the self-service drop-off station in the lobby, which appears to exist purely as a decorative piece. I’ve seen museum exhibits with more functionality. You walk up with hope in your heart, only to be greeted by a screen that either doesn’t work or seems personally offended that you tried to use it. And the attitudes? Let’s just say if friendliness were postage, they’d all be underpaid. Every interaction feels like you’ve personally interrupted their lifelong mission of not being bothered. Overall, if you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to send a package back in time to 1973—this is your spot. Just clear your schedule… and maybe pack a snack.

They're all extremely slow and most task they past onto another post office.... what's really the point of being open ? It should be atleast 5 person working the front desk but there's only 1. 2 on a "good day". The line is always long. this is worst than an airport. do better. or actually hire per their forever job flyer that they always have stating "we're hiring". I cant believe this is Farmingtonhills.
