I'm so sad my friend didn't receive this. It was such a special card. It's been 19 days and the card did not arrive to her, or back to me.

I came in with my wedding invitations and politely asked if they could be hand-cancelled or at least placed in the manual-sort bin behind the counter — something every other post office has done without issue. The employee at the front counter repeatedly told me, ‘No, too busy,’ without even looking at the invitations or explaining alternatives. I wasn’t expecting special treatment, just basic service and communication. For something as important as wedding mail, being dismissed like that felt unprofessional. I hope management can address this so other customers don’t have the same experience.
