They're all extremely slow and most task they past onto another post office.... what's really the point of being open ? It should be atleast 5 person working the front desk but there's only 1. 2 on a "good day". The line is always long. this is worst than an airport. do better. or actually hire per their forever job flyer that they always have stating "we're hiring". I cant believe this is Farmingtonhills.

I’ve been standing in line for over 20 minutes, and there are at least 12 people waiting with only one clerk working the counter. This seems to be the normal situation every time I visit. The wait times are alway long, and there doesn’t sewm to be any effort to improve staffing.

- TTTiffany TFeb 18, 20261.0Disappointed and disheartened. I mailed 3 vintage Halloween postcards to friends that live near Farmington (2 in Southfield and 1 in Lathrup Village). I confirmed with staff that the postage was correct. Only one of these postcards arrived to the destination. It's upsetting that you wait in line, do what is advised by the staff, pay for postage, and your mail is not delivered. It feels awful.
