Jacqui is amazing! She truly cares and went above and beyond to make sure my package arrived on time. She took it personally to ensure my brother’s wedding outfits were delivered on time.I am beyond grateful for her.

A Snail Could Go Faster.
So this is what our taxes pay for. Service this ridiculously slow, even in a long line on Saturday. One person was up here to start and they didn't bring three people in until several minutes after they noticed a long line.
I ordered something that was shipped through USPS and I was unavailable to sign the package at the time and because of that I had to contact the post office and they told me that re-delivery was unavailable on the ticket so I had to go in and get the package.
Whoever is in charge of the post office is getting voted out in this next election if possible

Besides the same experiences as everyone else reports, such as being understaffed, slow, and incompetent, until today I hadn't been treated rudely there. But today that changed:
Today I came in to inquire about a package in which the tracking said it was delivered yesterday but I didn't receive it. The tracking details said it was delivered to a PO box, when I don't have a PO box. I let the clerk know this, and she immediately started yelling at me that delivery for today wasn't completed yet and as if I were expecting an answer with no information provided. I pulled up the tracking info on my phone, she refused to look at my phone and just repeatedly yelled at me that I didn't give her the tracking number and that mail for today hadn't been delivered yet. I explained the package was alleged to have been delivered yesterday, and she didn't need to be argumentative. She continued yelling and acted like she wasn't going to help me. She eventually did look at the tracking number, very rudely asked me for my driver's license as if she had already asked me and I had refused. I gave her my driver's license and as she wrote down the tracking number, she repeatedly called me "rude" and accused me of "not listening." I replied I just wanted to find out about the package and didn't need her unnecessary comments. She screamed at me, "THEY ARE NOT UNNECESSARY, YOU ARE RUDE!!!!" She went into the mailroom for awhile, returned with a gentleman who advised me the package was scanned incorrectly and was likely out for delivery, at least he was nice. It was completely out of line for her to speak to me and treat me the way she did. I don't have her name, but she was a black woman with a ponytail and hoop earrings. She was completely uncivilized, unprofessional, and should not be employed, due to her awful attitude and conduct. **Update** Mail was delivered shortly after I got home, the package is still not delivered.

My wife and I were visiting this office for sending international mail with some documents. This process became very tense when this short lady by the counter was manually typing all information on computer when constantly talking with the other clerk trying to learn from him process of handling some package. There were no other people in this office at that time, so they could do that after she finished our business, but no, they had to talk back and forth during her typing, making mistakes and retyping again. It left us worried of any mistakes she could make effecting such important and expensive delivery. She was very strict when we were asking about sending options and rates at very beginning, but taking her time and patience having conversation about other package while working on ours.
It was very tens for me and my wife, both retired, to pay attention and figure out who is she asking question or responding to, when having constant conversation with her coworker about instruction regarding sending left over package. This situation should never take place, it is very disrespectful for us customers to be treated like this. My wife was just looking at me with rolling eyes, and we left tis place very unhappy.
We hope, that sharing our experience will have some positive impact, and will improve service in this post office location. Thank you.
