  I called and asked if they do passport applications. They told me yes. I went to the store and was told they only do pictures. Wasted my gas. I decided to take my pictures and my pictures were so ugly. Thank God I didnt use them and went to usps to take them instead. Its just a bunch of kids working at this location but the service was literally top tier and I would go back again. They just need to know why they talking about and need a better camera for passport pictures. It wouldve been 10 years of ugliness on my passport.

  Big shout out to.Tara! We made it just before closing with a big pile of documents that needed a notary to watch us sign and then notarize. She was so patient, and even had the outgoing delivery wait for the envelope with our documents. We would have arrived there earlier, but ironically our UPS home delivery of the docs was late!

  Always friendly, quick, and efficient. Tara was very helpful and super fast. She juggled 5 customers at once, it was impressive!

  My wife and I had a ridiculous amount of Amazon returns and Tara was a rockstar! She was helpful, patient and kind. Give that woman a raise and a promotion!!!

  I just tried to drop off an Amazon return at the store, the supervisor person told me to get it done at the kiosk, she was finishing up with a customer. I decided to wait for her so I could just drop it off, she scans the return code print me a copy I leave. I have done this this same routine the last few years here at this store. When I told her I would like to drop it off to her at the counter instead she said ‘no’ she refused to serve me. I couldn’t believe she responded in that manner, there was no one in the store. Then she said if it’s customer paying for the package then she would serve me. I don’t remember Amazon site showing UPS kiosk return only. I told her I will have to pick Kohl’s next time - she then rudely responded ‘go to Kohl’s’. Yes I’m going call Amazon to confirm/flag that it should reflect UPS kiosk return only and I will select another hassle free Amazon return location. I will muss this store, I’ve never encountered such rudeness at this store. I’m a reasonable person I understand when the store is busy using the kiosk makes sense even though it will take me longer to do a return.
