They are knowledgable about their services and efficient when working with customers (even when the customers don’t always know what they need/want). The store is newly renovated which gives it a wide open feel that matches other UPS stores. I love that they accept not only UPS but also USPS packages!

The clerk that waited on me I recognized from previous visits to the store. The music was so loud she couldn’t hear my request and I had difficulty hearing her. She told the other two employees working with her that she couldn’t hear me and to turn the music down. The music was turned down temporarily. The clerk that waited on me is on the autism spectrum, and 7 months pregnant. I have a niece that is autistic and loud noises or music is extremely irritating to her. The clerk that waited on me has “always” provided me with excellent customer service from previous visits to the store. I heard the other female employee tell the male employee you can turn the music back up!! I felt like they were deliberately trying to irritate the clerk waiting on me. I asked where the manager was and was told he was at lunch. The loud music and disrespectful attitude that loud music in the workplace is acceptable will not be tolerated by customers. I also called UPS customer service and filed an incident report.
