They walked me through my cheapest, fastest option and even offered to stay late to help me!! They're the best! Thank you so much!

Staff was more concerned withholding personal conversations about their relationship problems with the customer at the counter then helping the customer. When I asked if Theresa still worked there the clerk took offense.

Their self service printer did not print my document with the retrieval code and redirected me to get assistance from front desk. The staffs that assisted me used the same retrieval code and printed the document with no issues. But for their assistance, they charged me additional dollar. My print cost was $0.31 and FS Surcharge $2.50. Their assistance caused more than my print job. Just disappointed they charged me because their self service printer did not work and zero communications whatsoever prior on such surcharges. Employ better staffs and service FedEx. Incident took place at 29306 Orchard Lake Rd, Farmington hills, MI. Date: 7/2/2025. Time: 3:51 pm.
