- JRJESSE RUPPJan 20, 20261.0I have on recording an adjuster telling me oh I thought you just wanted a roof replacement. And we got you approved for that. But didn't know you wanted everything else that is torn up from the large hail. A tornado touching down 0 03 miles from the house. Our business records all incoming and outgoing calls. The adjuster refused to getup onto the 2nd story of the house. I have so much more to add its unreal. Every single person in my neighborhood had new siding from the damage roof, gutter guards. You name it. I understand how hail can miss one person's house and hit another person's house. It looked like snow on the ground. About 3 inches deep. I am a building analyst with ICC certification, license. I look at homes every single day. The adjuster told me that siding does not get bruised from the hail. Along with holes in siding. It started leaking inside the house. We have a 20 year shingle life Owen's Corning replaced in 2012-2013. Unbelievable the adjusters that have been sent out. Our state Senators will be notified with everything. I am going to do a report on my software. So it will be shown. Also call some news channels. My aunt works for one of the head people from channel 2 news. I am done with allstate.
