I know all of them by name and have never seen any of them treat a customer even slightly unfriendly or unprofessionally. They have gone out of their way to help me on numerous occasions. I get frequent, urgent COD packages that require payment and signature. Sometimes I don't have the cash on hand when they show up with the package, but they never mind making other arrangements so I can get it that day. They have met me at the back door when their route is over, often slightly after hours. They never make me feel like I'm inconveniencing them.
