A 2 is not in fact a 3, and if UPS employees cannot comprehend that, then they probably shouldn't be in a job required to understand such lofty mathematical difficulties. This is literally the only place I could find to put this complaint as the only option for feedback on the website is to file a claim for lost goods, which I have thankfully already recovered.
