- FTForme TooknowJun 4, 20251.0I have numerous packages that are sent to this location from amazon and seem to constantly have issues with your one post master who's name is Zach. I swear the stuff he does when it comes to my packages is intentional you walk in say hey i am here for a package he looks at you says i don't think i have anything well how can you know that when your so lazy to not simply turn around and look and low and behold when you do ill be darned if the package isn't sitting right there on your shelf behind the counter. Another thing i find annoying is the constant do you have your id i come in there many times and you always want my id and one last thing i swear he sees a package for my address and deems it not deliverable which is what i encountered today package said held one minute then goes to can't be delivered Addressee Unknown i drive there go inside tell him my name and address oh its right here like seriously quit being the way you are.

When it was Out by the Road I could Drive Up To It, Drop my mail into it, and drive away. .Also,,, I Really Don’t Understand why there is Five House’s that Don’t Have Mail Boxes on Lake Street Then I could put my mail, that I wanted mail in the box and toss up the flag on it , Won’t Have Too Get Into My Van, to go get it,, or Pay the High Price for the Box in the Post Office. You see I’am Disable and I Use A Power Wheelchair and this is Why I’am upset of the moving of the Mailbox out front of the Postoffice in Ellsworth Mi. 49729.[also I see the older people having to get out of there cars with a walker or cane to mail there mail] ………………………………….,,Also when I order a few things that comes in the mail, it gets crams into my PO BOX or a Card is Placed in my box. I used to get a Key for a Bigger Box. I was told that the Last Guy Took All the Keys With Him !! And they are trying to get them back from him. So if something Happens to come for me. It will show up as a card. And I’ll have to come back again at the right time of day to be able to pick it up. Mailbox out Front of my house, will be Large Enough to place a Package Right into it !! And I won’t Need to Have to Get in, and Out of my van,,, with my Power Wheelchair Any More Would Be So GREAT FOR ME Randy V.
