- TGTimothy GrigalanzDec 4, 20241.0After having an issue with my package being delivered to the neighbor only days before I had a package receive two different tracking numbers, I’ve only ever had one tracking number applied to a package. Instead of explaining, simply that one single package had two different tracking numbers and that’s why I only received one package, though two showed delivered, the woman was argumentative and rude and nearly completely unwilling to assist me in the first place. Only after a day and a half of being hassled, did anyone get down to the point of what happened. Anyone would be concerned if a package had been missed delivered on the days before and your tracking showed two packages delivered and only one was in the box. That kind of rudeness and unwillingness to help someone get to the bottom of why an expensive package may not of arrived is unacceptable for people who get our tax dollars to deliver our property to us
