- CMCheryl MorrisonFeb 22, 20221.0Very disappointed! I have an over-sized mailbox and usual receive normal mail and small boxes. I went out to get my mail and a large box was stuffed in my mailbox so tight I had to dig my fingernails into it to get it out. Mind you I live on a very busy rural road where cars go 70-80 miles an hour and to stand at my mailbox stuggling to get a large box out of it for several minutes was not acceptable! The box should have been brought to my door!

I received a notification that I had to change my mailbox because it would not fit large packages (I have received exactly 2 in 10 years at this resident). Our carrier was not only too lazy to simply come to the front steps, she complained so loudly the PostMaster sent me a notification I have to replace the mailbox.
