- PLPerri LoveJan 27, 20265.0Arrived at this location at 6:47pm on 1/27/26 When I walked in I had a shopping bag full of prepaid packages. There were three employees actively working. However when I came in two of those employees seemed to pretend to do something as I stood in line (I’d assume they don’t know my packages were prepaid and didn’t feel like helping me) while Caleb was assisting a customer, immediately after he was done with that customer he called me right up with no hesitation. CALEB was extremely friendly, helpful, resourceful and knowledgeable! He wasn’t at all worried about how many boxes I had or what needed to be done….he was simply ready to help me. The moment Caleb called me to his area, the other two employees begin immediately helping others. I noticed this behavior and felt I’d do a review about it. GRATEFUL FOR CALEB for being willing to assist any and everyone no matter what. What they thought would take forever took Caleb and I every bit of 2-3 minutes to complete.Either way this amazing employee was READY 10 mins before close. He is the ONLY reason I’m giving this location 5 stars. I hope I’m spelling his name right. THANK YOU CALEB!
