I had 1 employee in particular talk back to me several times with attitude on 3/17. Then I decided to go back to make an Amazon return on 3/24 and was met with the same amount of hostility and attitude as well as raising of the voice from a separate employee. As someone who works in customer service I always try to make service workers feel appreciated and treat them with kindness, however, I have left this store both times in tears. I am extremely upset with their lack of respect.

Weighed them, measured them entered all of my information in his computer. Completed the financial transaction, and I was on my way within 10 minutes.
