I am the person who absolutely loves rhe post office! I come in nearly everyday and often drop off my prepaid packages but eveb then I am always greeted with a warm smile and all around friendliness! When I wait in line, it's never for long. I stabd impressed by how fast the line moves with no urgency, but with kindness and guest satisfaction. I feel like this review sounds fake, but this is every day for me. I genuinely enjoy everyone here. Truly! Today Jessica was so helpful and knowledgeable, last time it was Crystal, and maybe tomorrow I will be blessed with Showtice's presence. Either way, I never walked in any establishment and said "Hello, hardest working women im Michigan" and meant it. But, I do every time. I would leave 1,00000 stars if I could Ladies! Thank you for being kind in a time where the world wasn't so. 😀

I went in for a Passport. Wow, quick and easy! Debbie helped me as a walk in. She was super friendly and relatable. The wait was less than 5 minutes and the process was so simple. Thank you so much for your help and a great chat!

I came in to purchase a return prepaid Priority Mail envelope and enclosed it within another Priority Mail envelope for mailing. Both envelopes had tracking numbers. However, I later discovered that I was only given the tracking number for the outgoing package — not the return prepaid envelope. At the time of purchase, the clerk pointed to the receipt and said, “The tracking number is here,” which led me to believe it included both. Unfortunately, it did not. I called USPS customer service, and they advised me to return to the location, where they said staff would be able to look it up. When I returned to the post office and explained the situation — that these were important documents being sent to the U.S. Department of State — I was told the clerk who originally helped me should have given me the tracking tab from the return label or at least advised me to take a photo, since it wouldn’t appear on the receipt. One of the clerks I spoke with today was helpful and kind, but unfortunately, the manager was rude — not just today, but also during my first visit when I mailed the documents. It’s frustrating to be left without a way to track important mail due to a lack of communication and poor customer service. I hope the staff here can improve their clarity and professionalism, especially when handling time-sensitive and critical mail.
