Good golly Miss Molly, how things have changed! She is kind and patient when offering support. She is most definitely the gold standard. She is a whole lotta fabulous.

I went to FedEx in East Lansing and the pleasant lady named Molly ent above and beyond to take care of me. She made sure the printout fit the frame perfectly, wrapped it up in bubble wrap, double checked the address for accuracy, all while multi tasking and helping others. I feel like nowdays great customer service is a lost art, so big shoutout to all the Mollys in the world!
