My grandma spent what what left of her money on those for me and a greedy thief want to take them out from in my envelope then take it and put in in a plastic bag that says post office on it. Ypu should be ashamed if yourself. If you don't want me to press charges I expect you return the stolen item!

The woman who helped me get my passport was so nice and patient, I did not feel rushed or on edge at any point. I accidentally left my copy of my passport photo at the post office and she mailed it to my address (which she was not required to do to my knowledge). Such a thoughtful woman. My only regret was not telling her this when I was being helped that day.
