- JBJeff BiallasFeb 13, 20261.0Total frustration, rude front counter guy, reviewed and accepted my Customs Declaration form, $90 to ship small, light box to Europe, took a week to get to North Carolina, via Chicago, then back to Dexter. Returned with "form incomplete". They wouldn't accept "$10 toy" as an item description. Other items adequately described. I asked if they would accept w corrected form. Sure for an additional $90. And with that, he still didn't want anything to do w me or t package. Person behind me had trouble w him as well.
