    I had a priority express envelope for which the sender spent $33.25 to send priority express. Due to be delivered to me yesterday by 6:00 PM. It was in my mailbox when I retrieved my mail shortly after noon, a day late. I took it to the post office to exercise the guarantee for the sender. It says money back. After they tried to process the refund they say it was delivered yesterday. They decided the story is that it was delivered yesterday. Not the manager explaining, the person who thought they owed a refund one minute ago. The person who tried to process the refund. That they “think” the manager took it yesterday and delivered it on his way home. So for $33.25 -if that is a true version, they stuffed it in my mailbox last night, five hours after I retrieved yesterday’s mail. And I’m supposed to know it is there? I didn’t need to track it. That security is really for past tense in my opinion. Not so I can tell if someone stuffed an envelope in my mailbox last night So when I read on line that the mailbox I had installed at the end of my driveway is essentially the property of the USPS, no one else is supposed to use it to deliver something to me? Did they deliver it to me? Or did they deliver it to another spot they expect to be able to use exclusively? One version in the Internet says the mailbox is federal property. So it wasn’t delivered to me it was delivered to themselves. Other services deliver on time and sometimes for less money. Be sure to check all your options. And if you open a no charge account with UPS and set up your package with a label you print, it has been less expensive for me. I used to think I could count on USPS, but those days are gone.

    Absolutely abysmal customer service at this location. Was attempting to get help with shipping an eBay package and the front desk associate was completely unhelpful. I had a sealed flat rate box with all the shipment info, but she wouldn’t take the package without a QR code. She eventually took my phone out of my hand and purchased a label WITHOUT ASKING using my eBay account that I had to later cancel because it was the INCORRECT label for the box I was shipping in. Not only unhelpful, but actively costing me extra money out of my pocket. I’ll send the package from somewhere else that can handle such an apparently difficult task.

    I am from Lansing and was out in the Dewitt area and had a pkg to return. I forgot to tape my pkg, which was small. I only need one piece of tape and was told they couldnt do it and I'd have to buy some! REALLY??? MERRY STINKING CHRISTMAS TO YOU! Also, we have experienced problems with the mail delivery over the years as well! I'm very disappointed and upset! A simple frickin piece of tape!!!! Shame on you!!!!

    Very rude staff , I had multiple packages set to be delivered that had the correct address but postman refused to deliver it although my other mail had been delivering other mail day by day . I went into the office to pick it up and the younger lady that helped me was very rude and unwanting to look for package although it was the very next day . I know to get my packages delivered through UPS or FedEx
