- TJTameeka J2 days ago3.0Overall customer service is knowledgeable however, there is always only 1 clerk working. They need to hire more people so the line doesn't get backed up and the customers can receive faster service. People shouldn't wait 20 minutes to receive service 🙄

I still have mail going to my old address, I see it on informed mail ! but they always have an excuse for it. I'm so tried of them, they need to be shut down, nobody in there knows their job!!!!!!
