- EEEvelineApr 1, 20261.0If I could give it 0 stars I would!! I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Post Office location. I had already spoken with a helpful employee at the Fort St. location who guided me on what to do, but when I went to Springwells, the service was appalling. The lady at the left window was rude and completely dismissive. She yelled at me loudly, didn’t listen to my situation, and immediately told me I couldn’t get my packages without proper ID. When I explained that I am new to my address and cannot change my ID without proof of residency, she snapped that “if I knew I was moving, I should’ve switched my address.” To make matters worse, my apartment complex isn’t registered with the Post Office, which means every resident there is having their mail and packages put on hold. This was not my fault, yet she refused to help or even hear me out. Her attitude was unnecessarily nasty and unprofessional. Because of her, I was forced to return my packages. I cannot in good conscience ever return to this location, and I’m extremely frustrated that I now have no way to get my deliveries. Customer service like this is unacceptable and makes dealing with basic postal needs unnecessarily stressful.
