- TBType BMar 26, 20261.0Disappointed to have to write this review, as I'm a huge advocate for USPS and encourage everyone to use them whenever possible. Unfortunately, this location is severely understaffed, which is strange considering it's the biggest location. Having a single person at the counter is unfair to the employee that has to work alone and the long line of people who have to wait 30+ minutes. Most people ended up leaving. On top of that, the self-service kiosk doesn't work. This is not a knock on the employee, it's not her fault at all. But if you're on a time crunch, I'd probably not recommend this location.

- SMSimple manMar 4, 20265.0SERNA is awesome! I had a passport appointment for my nephew and she made everything so simple. She talked to me with much respect and with calmness and explained everything in detail. The total for everything costed me close to $140. Should’ve tipped her honestly.
