Then they decided that they were going to say that I requested they hold my package for pickup. I did not. When I call customer service they cannot request a redelivery because this post office marked my package as hold for customer pickup at customer's request. I cannot get there during their business hours as I work during their business hours. I will now have to take time off work just to get my package. Unprofrofessional. highly unsatisfied with my service.
