I have fought with these people for almost 2 yrs over change of address issues. Here we go again! I still have mail going to my old address, I see it on informed mail ! but they always have an excuse for it. I'm so tried of them, they need to be shut down, nobody in there knows their job!!!!!!

Friendly and clean location. Lots of mailboxes! I wish they had a kiosk, visit would have been short and sweet. They close at 4:30p not 5p.

After waiting all day for my package I received a notification at 6-7pm.
"Your item was forwarded to a different address at 6:03 pm on November 28, 2025 in DETROIT, MI. This was because of forwarding instructions or because the address or ZIP Code on the label was incorrect"
Was confused because this has never happened, makes no sense on why because how my address wasn't clear when a mailman came. Just not the mailman over my package. In starting to think it's because no one wanted to drive all the way this way but as the consumer receiving the package that I have to make that trip off of someone's laziness. My daughter's medication is something not to be played with. I think it's unacceptable.
I have another one that suppose to come today. And if I received another notice, I'ma think this location steals packages because what is the reason!

The Brightmoor station is always amazing! Mr. Wofford is always super pleasant and friendly. It’s nice to get to know the staff. The last time I was there I was walking around trying to fit my package in one of the boxes they sell. The girl saw me struggling and found me the perfect box! Just wonderful service every time!

Worst place waiting in line for 30 minutes for one worker. The other worker is just walking back and forth thinking she’s busy but she’s not. It’ll be better if the other worker help not just one worker handling the customers.
