She told me that I had to come at a later date as she thought my package was not in but I corrected her by showing her my notice. There's a lack of professionalism from employees at this location.

I had purchased some items for a trip and was leaving in 3 days. These two listened to me, empathized with my situation, and took good care of me. I went in to the post office and there it was! I rarely write reviews but I could not help but tell this story. If you are reading this and have ability to give Jarvis and Jackson a raise, I would double it. Thanks you so much Jarvis and Jackson. You restored my faith in humanity!
