They say they open at 8 AM, but the clerk didn’t unlock the doors until 8:25 AM. Then proceeded to have an attitude the entire time she handled customers when they asked why she was opening late. Rude and not friendly at all.

Was\nNotified that my package was returned to post office for pick up due to an incorrect address only to attempt to pick it up the next day and was informed that the parcel had already been shipped back to the sender , not giving me an opportunity to even retrieve.

This post office is consistently unreliable, careless, and unprofessional. They pick and choose when they want to be open. Today, the location was supposed to be open according to the post master and the hours clearly posted on the window, yet when I arrived, the doors were locked. I call back later because this package is urgent but I don’t have reliable brakes to make it to another location. I was on hold so long that I had time to drive to the post office while still on the phone, only to confirm they were still closed, with no explanation and no communication. Postal workers have previously been outside and ignored me when asked if the office was open, choosing instead to continue personal conversations. I contacted the postmaster, who stated that all locations were open. I explained that I physically went to this location and it was closed. I was then given the direct number to the post office. When I called, a worker immediately placed me on hold. I remained on hold for over 30 minutes, past the posted closing time, and no one ever returned to the phone. This entire situation could have been resolved with a simple, honest answer. Instead, I was ignored. This is the second time I have had to risk driving with no working brakes just trying to get customers’ packages out because this post office cannot operate reliably or communicate accurately. On many visits, it takes 20+ minutes just to get service if anyone comes to the counter at all. In addition to the front office issues, the mail delivery itself is careless and unreliable. For years, I have repeatedly returned FRAUDULENT mail by filling out the proper forms and clearly marking envelopes “RETURN TO SENDER” or “DOES NOT LIVE HERE” in permanent marker only to have the same marked envelopes placed right back into my mailbox. I also regularly receive my neighbors’ mail, which shows a clear lack of attention to addresses. This raises serious concerns about whether I may be missing important mail entirely due to ongoing delivery negligence. If this location cannot operate during its posted business hours or ensure accurate mail delivery, then the hours and service standards need to be corrected. Customers should not be ignored, left on hold until closing, misdelivered mail, or forced to waste time and take risks due to staff negligence. This location urgently needs oversight and accountability. At this point in time it is currently 5:37 pm and I am still on hold at this point I just want to see if the lazy worker is actually going to come back, if the phone will automatically hang up, or if I will be on hold until tomorrow when they reopen. This is utterly ridiculous. They shut down all the other business in this neighborhood they need to shut this post office down they don’t want to be open anyway. I will be leaving a review on the BBB and any other public review site known to man I will leave a complaint every day for the rest of my life if I have to my business thrives on shipping orders and I have always had issues with this post office since I opened my business for over 10 years. I am fed up.
