She was friendly, patient, and made sure everything was handled quickly and correctly. It’s always good to be helped by someone who knows what they’re doing and treats customers with respect. Great experience — she definitely deserves recognition!

The representatives are kind and polite and seem to go overboard to assist everyone that walks in. it really is a pleasure to watch them work as I wait. They service a diverse population, yet they provide the same level of excellent customer service to all, even those that won't listen as the representatives explain the mail process too them, they're still very patient and very thorough with them.
