The representatives are kind and polite and seem to go overboard to assist everyone that walks in. it really is a pleasure to watch them work as I wait. They service a diverse population, yet they provide the same level of excellent customer service to all, even those that won't listen as the representatives explain the mail process too them, they're still very patient and very thorough with them.

The area was very clean and neat throughout the building. The mail carrier is also very professional and respectful and does greeting as well each time they come to house.

Unprofessional, nasty rude managers that cursed me out because I asked about my mail that was on hold and someone delivered it! This station need better managers I retired from the post office and I know for certain those managers should be written up! I’m taking this to a higher up soon!
- QGQumisha GossMar 20, 20181.0Arrived at the post office at 8:33am the door was locked. They open at 8am according to the door and their phone. Had to call them to get them to open up. The customer area is a mess with trash everywhere and there was no apology.
