- JDJerome DurhamJan 17, 20261.0This was the first time I have experiences racism inside of an UPSP location. The clerk had an issue with my wife and made it known she did not approve of our interracial marriage. If the glass wasn’t there the situation would have become physical as she was jumping at us through the window. This type of behavior in a public capacity is simply embarrassing. This is the normal behavior accepted by management at this location. Why? She told me “Goodluck getting me fired”. I had not mention that as my intention, she offered it up. That means this wasn’t her first time disrespecting a customer and her local manager sweeps complaints under the rug. Stay away from the Fox Creek E. Jefferson location.
