My mother has been waiting on her mail from the IRS since May 2018. They claim they never received it. The mail was sent out on July 31st for the third time and she still hasn't gotten it. She spoke to 3 different supervisors about the problem and they were very nasty and unprofessional towards her. She has business to conduct as well as they do and their attitudes are unacceptable. Something needs to be done about this nasty office because they are causing some serious problems with their customers. My mom has decided to use a different location for her business and we will never conduct business there again to avoid this from occurring again. I would advise customers to be aware of what's happening at the East Jefferson Location!!! Now she has to wait another 30 days before the IRS can resend the refund I informed her she should have used an account for this and from now on she will use a PO Box from a different location. ALL SUPERVISORS AND RATCHET EMPLOYEES SHOULD BE FIRED AT THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!!! Better yet, THIS OFFICE SHOULD BE CLOSED, IF YOU CAN'T CONDUCT BUSINESS PROPERLY THEN YOU SHOULDN'T TRY CONDUCTING BUSINESS AT ALL!!!!
