It’s practically impossible to speak to a live agent. I’m currently waiting for a call back that will take up to 45 min. I’ll follow up to see if they actually do it.

I call at at 8:55 to let them know I'm in the lobby and the rudest lady answered and just said hold on and hung up. 9 am a lady comes in the front and says I have to go to fox Creek because they are not open. The door says they open at 8:30. The door open, how are y'all not open. Smh. Paying them to not do the job

I tell her my dog is secured, 16 y.o., amd can't run out. She replies, "yeah that's what everybody says." Don't nor send her back to my house. I an a taxpayer and deserve some respect.
