Literally the worst front desk staff. They’re lazy and do the bare minimum, if even that. I honestly don’t know what their hiring process is, but there needs to be some serious restructuring. They make it nearly impossible to get a passport and act like I’m inconveniencing them by asking them to do their job. This location really needs an overhaul, either new employees or proper training, because there’s no way this should be the main post office.

the people working the front desks do the bare minimum. (so lazy), have no problem solving capabilities, and lost my passport and the manager was holding onto it, we were called told to come by and pick it up by the manager I was there within ten minutes, the front workers said no the manager wasn't there, I told them we were just on the phone we with ten minutes ago., told me to come back tomorrow. came back today and they told me the same thing?????? turns out the manager was there they called and told us to come back and pick it up. unfortunately, you have to tell the front desk workers how to do their job!!!!!! do yourself a favor and go elsewhere dear god ive been there so much the past few days and swear I lost half my brain cells
