I completed a COA when I obtained my PO BOX, my hold expired that was created online, and my mail is officially being delivered at the old address where I made it clear it CAN'T due to the homeowner there using my information to commit fraud pretending to be me with my accounts, and it was HIGHLY pertinent that my mail be delivered to the new PO BOX. I filled out the COA in person, clearly gave valid ID to activate my PO, which I used ID to do my COA. Even upon leaving, having the reviews are how they are and the importance in my situation, I asked a second time to ensure it was going to be implemented, and she assured me everything was updated and I'd receive my mail at my new PO BOX. Even corrected it afterwards to include my PO BOX #. Now I'm being told online by USPS email resolution services I NEVER GAVE VALID ID SO THE COA WAS DENIED!? cool.... How was I given acess to an online ordered PO BOX without valid ID? Curious which is it? Did I give ID and my COA wasn't activated due to negligence at USPS (which USPS denies I did)? Or did I activate someone's online order for a PO BOX, and gain unauthorized access to it through obtaining their keys given to me by USPS given USPS themselves claim I didn't have valid ID?? It's a PROBLEM when my PII & SPII is being sent to a FRAUDULENT owner of an address when that shouldn't have EVER been the case since I performed ALL DUE DILIGENCE to ensure I protected my SPII/PII BEFORE moving out, but now being told I never validated using valid ID. USPS made no mistake, and it's my fault therefore they can't help. IF IT'S MY FAULT THEN THAT PO BOX WAS NOT VERIFIED EITHER. It's disheartening to witness the shift in American business and the resulting decline, as it prioritizes protecting its own negligence rather than those who rely on its services. I preferred it when things ran slowly and correctly to this new age of getting nothing done correctly with speed which takes more time to fix than the first option.

My mail had stopped being delivered and I was told it was due to snow which had actually been shoveled. You could clearly see the difference in the areas that were not shuffled and they hoarded our mail for a month. Even after it was shoveled the mail lady tried to walk by and my neighbor said where's the mail which triggered her to actually bring some mail. Why would something have to be said to her to deliver our mail? Because of this I missed appointments. I miss deadlines for jobs and for government related business. My wife was also waiting on some medical equipment that is still being hoarded right now. The attitudes in this post office are very condescending, disrespectful and nonchalant. Replace everybody in there!

I was waiting in line forever no one else was at this store and I still was not helped. Some lady asked if I was helped yet and I said no I only have a QR code to scan and drop off and she walked away saying someone would help me. I waited longer and still no help.
