- AGAmelia GrahamDec 19, 20251.0Today I visited this post office to check my P.O. Box. And to do other business. I asked the male clerk if he could check my mailbox becuz I didn’t have my key. He ask for me for my id then went to the back as if he was going to get my mail from the P.O. Box.. he returns and says it was a lot of names and he couldn’t find my mailbox. When the whole time my mailbox was closed. He looked me in my dam face and lied. Usually I would get a notice????. Clearly these people not do’n a good job at all. His manorism was lazy he was sitting at the counter with his head down playing on his phone so unprofessional and not a good look. Then laugh’n and joking with a female employee that was even more unprofessional and seem to have an attitude. Even observe’n there unprofessional behavior towards other customers. I lived near this post office for years and never experienced this kind of service never. The worst. The two clerks been at this post office a short time and they both don’t need to be working with the public at all. If I could give no stars it would definitely be a zero. I will be relocating my P.O. Box to the downtown location. I definitely don’t feel comfortable knowing my mail has to come to this location.

The problem I have with USPS, is they always claim they delivered the item, but they really didn't. Just recently, according to my alerts, they were supposed to had delivered a small package to my mail box, but they didn't. The package was not delivered to my mailbox, or my building office. I even spoke to the carrier that day, who said she did not deliver any small packages that day...so now I have to go down to the post office and find out what happened.

Nearly all of the packages I receive are falsely updated with delivery attempts when I am home and sometimes even as 'delivered' when they haven't come. I also ship several packages weekly and they have been taking days and days to leave Detroit! I had a customer in Toledo pay for two day shipping and it took 8 days to arrive there. This is UNACCEPTABLE!!

On yesterday, February 9th l checked the status of a package I've been waiting on and it said delivered to a person at my address at 3:15pm. Well my children are still in school at that time and l don't get off work till 4:30. So who is the person and where is my package??? Very frustrated!!!
