Recently, we had two packages marked as delivered on separate days, both noted as “given to an individual.” However, our camera footage shows the mail carrier scanned the packages but did not leave them at our residence. I spoke with a representative at the post office who took my information and said they would call me back, but I never received a follow-up and the packages still have not arrived. I would have appreciated at least a return call acknowledging the packages were scanned incorrectly, along with a sincere apology. Additionally, we’ve noticed that our longtime mail carrier, who served our route for years, is no longer delivering our mail, and there have been several different carriers over the past few months. We sincerely hope all is well with our previous carrier they are truly missed. We never experienced any issues, and they were always polite and professional.

I had a very disappointing experience at the United States Postal Service. The staff member was unhelpful and unwilling to provide guidance on how to properly ship my package. Instead of explaining the mailing options clearly, I had to choose to use Priority Mail because I used Priority Mail tape. If the tape restricts the shipping method, that policy should have been communicated upfront. As a customer, I rely on postal employees to explain requirements before I finalize my packaging—not after. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional.

By far the worst customer Service experience I’ve received in quite some time. I came to drop off a package early. Literally five minutes before they open at 9 AM. It was a prepaid label. I didn’t even have to speak with anybody. I heard voices speaking in the back room. I knocked on the door, hoping that someone would answer and help me. A woman opened the door hastily like I was bothering her and said that I could’ve just dropped it off outside because they are closed…and made it seem like I was inconveniencing her. Don’t visit this location unless you absolutely have to.
