After waiting an additional 20mins, after realizing the robot is giving zero instruction and others are being served, I asked for the label, thinking the wait is over, the OTHER cashier attending to me abruptly started a new conversation, mid sentence with another customer she knew, this conversation was so interesting, she forgot about me. I left.

They are all rude and lazy as ever! i dropped my package off Friday for a return they was in the back just gossiping loud with 3 people waiting just for me to scan and return a package it took about 15 min because they still was talking . The elder lady did not know how to use the self package machine DO YOU KNOW THEY DID NOT HELP HER ! Didn’t even acknowledge her into the young lady behind her helped . But anyway back to my package . I called yesterday (Tuesday) to see have my package been picked up because i see that it has not been scanned the lady asked did i get a receipt when I dropped the item off , i replied “yes” I gave her the tracking number she said it was not pulling up 🙃 so i gave her the barcode number that’s on the receipt. She proceeded to say “ well it’s not at the location “😒. My receipt literally says store #3986 so thats for sure the ups . After I said that she said “ well I don’t know call back tomorrow we are about to close” and hung the phone up in my face. So i contacted ups to investigate my package smh DO BETTER

Then it was a different issue, but Ms. Christian SAVED THE DAY! Not only did she upload and send to company but then she turned around and helped me again AND SAVED MONEY by completing ANOTHER transaction for me ALL BECAUSE PROGRESSIVE couldn't receive the files sent! And then their was the charismatic Ms. Barbara! Her vibe was AWESOME and definitely matched mine! I spent a total of maybe 30mins the first time, and had to return again an hour later. And still spent 20mins or better in the store again. ALL in a crunch before having to go to work myself! The energy the great customer service was EVERYTHING... and again THANK YOU A BUNCH Christian.... YOU MADE MY! DAY KEEP up the good work fam, and til NEXT time... Ms. Bradford ✊🏾
