  The Customer Service agent, Jazz, is amazing! I ship from this location often. I've encountered Jazz many times and she always provides service with a smile. She's also awesome at multitasking, assisting multiple customers at once. 200000 Stars for Jazz!!!!

  This location is by far my most favorite. Staff are friendly, helpful and always in a good mood. The few times I had to rush to print some important documents i was stressing about the staff was so kind.

  I come into this Detroit location on Woodward for work at least once a week. Everyone here is always efficient, friendly and professional. Thanks for great service!

  Caution to future customers: They will act courteous and seem like they are printing a label for you and then make you pay after the fact -$3 for a simple label. It’s dishonest! Tell your customers if you are going to charge them up front! The other UPS store on Griswold st. charges only $0.14 for printing the label. They are each operated separately. Suggest going there!!
