  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Coyote was great, since they got acquired they instantly turned terrible. Moved a small load with them, everything matched up with what was quoted. Paid my bill and moved on. Since then I’ve gotten constant bills and threats of collection for a bill nearly double what they quoted. I’ve called, emailed, and physically mailed to them (their portal is a joke) yet no one responds just more automated billing emails. Shame when a good company gets run into the ground by a bad one **EDIT** they responded with an email to contact, immediately sent them all the details and they not-surprisingly never responded to that either

  If I could give a no star rating I would. I was burned by Coyote Logistics in the summer of 2016 where my time-critical shipment was left on a dock and I had hire another company and pay a premium due to the late notice. I said I would never use them again. Coyote reached out recently, under new management/ownership (UPS) and gave me a great rate for another time-critical load, so I agreed and paid. Guess what happened? Truck never showed up, two customer service agents and from an email from the business development rep, could not locate the driver . Never again and I will tell everyone I interact with not to use Coyote Logistics. UPDATE: "Owner asked me to reach out, I did from two email addresses to avoid any confusion, guess what? No response, I'm shocked, so much for Talk To Us!
