Very annoying when you’re waiting for 10 minutes and then someone walks in and immediately gets helped because there is no clear line. Staff helpful once you get to speak to them but the disorganization must be fixed.

Needed a simple package to be shipped out under an account number the incompetent lady with the glasses could not make a transaction correctly. After a few minutes, starts getting all snippy because she can’t do her job correctly while coworkers are being passive aggressive to customers coming that are wanting to ship packages out that already have shipping labels on them. Understand not all of us work in the industry so show some common decency and put on your customer service face regardless of the fact. Funny enough, back in the day, I used to be an operations manager for FedEx and still have contacts in the company, so I will let the one of the district managers know of your poor performance and customer service. Learn to fulfill the purple promise as this location simply cannot. Better to go to another office location.
