- BRBrittany RothAug 26, 20231.0If I could give no stars I would. Have to wait 6-7 days before I can receive my packages after they were failed attempt delivery. Never once have they taken a package to my door. Been in contact with them and was told my package was being redelivered the next day as long as a left a note in my mailbox on where to put it. Saw the mail truck on my way home and waited at the end on my driveway way for my packages they didn’t even drive down my road. (the mailboxes are at the end of my road) 2 days in a row they didn’t even bring my package on delivery. Even when I was told it would be redelivered today. Now I have to pick it up myself on Monday or wait until Tuesday for redelivery. I’m so tired of dealing with this issue and have reached out. I hope it’s resolved.

I have a mail order business in Hickory Corners and have nothing but great things to say about the staff and service provided by this USPS staff. Ken has gone out of his way to be helpful and patient on many levels and wants to help us save money. I’m totally impressed and drive out of my way just to go see these folks. Courteous and 100% working for the people of their community and others. Impressive. You don’t see this much anymore in this world and especially with Post Office personal.
