If they don’t want to walk up to your house to leave your packages on the pouch they will take it back to the post office and say customer requested. This happened to me yesterday and he wasn’t to my house yet.

I had a package from Ebay that needed to be shipped. And they are telling me I need to have to go back home, reprint the shipping tag so the weight of it is the tag? So i took it to lawrence and they shipped it just fine. Sounds to me nobody wants to do their job. This is why I don't trust anything ran by the federal government.

If I could rate this Post Office Negative 100 stars I would. I ordered a package for my cousin for a special occasion. When I looked up when it will be arriving, i read that is was on the truck for delivery for 4 days until delivered. Not only that when it came in, the package was dented in huge, and the actual gift was punctured beyond belief. then i sold a package that never made it to the buyer, i had to refund that money, they told me it was lost in a different town but when i tracked it was still here. i sold a huge package in germany which they destroyed, so i had to refund that money. i bought a package that they sent to different address, since they marked it shipped, not only did i never get the item but now i can't get a refund. so basically they always screw up and get away scott free, they must be crooks because i described them they same way i would a crook. they always have different employees and they rarely know how to do their jobs. and another occasion the woman first said she didn't know to run the register because she hadn't run it in nearly a year ( very professional post office have an employee who has essentially no experience that's sarcasm that was very unprofessional and lazy bye the way not that you could tell because you're all idiots!!!!!!) i don't mean you the reader by the way, what i mean is my rage and hatred is dedicated to this stupid post office. NOT to the smart and reasonable readers of this review. also, she said that we overpaid on the package by 3 dollars yet she was still trying to overcharge us another 10 dollars, then i literally asked if there were any other postal service buildings i could go to instead (of course there were) then after she said there were she said they were the get this "cheapest" postal service even though she already ripped me off so after that i literally went to the postal service in paw paw (fortunately i didn't encounter any morons there) Also, recently the mail carrier stuffed the mail box and broke it. so unfortunately for me if i want packages delivered to me somewhere else either 1. I move or 2. wait for another post office to be built (like that'll ever happen) man i'm seriously considering either moving or not buying online anymore but at least i can go somewhere else to ship sold items. I really really really really hope this post office goes bankrupt because this post office belongs at the lowest level of society. to anyone reading my review 1st thank you ssssooooo much and sorry it was so long but i had so many reasons i hate this post office.
