So, I called my local office the next day and they gave me the direct line to this post office. I called, selected to talk with a representative, and they hung up on me. This happened 10 times over the course of 2 days! Then, the package I had sent 2-day Priority sat in their post office for the next week, no movement, no updates, nothing. I finally reached out to my local post office once again to see what they could find. Long story short, my local post office called and emailed the post master at the Decatur branch, with no response and package now is being shipped back to me after 2 weeks of being in the system! Unacceptable...
