  Unprofessional Service & Excessive Hidden Fees "I came in this morning needing 20 simple black-and-white prints for a time-sensitive court matter. I was met with extreme rudeness by an employee named Andrew. Not only was there a $2.00 'queuing fee' just to open an email—which is unheard of at other locations like Lathrup Village—but when I asked for a simple explanation of the costs, Andrew became dismissive and eventually refused service, claiming I was 'yelling' simply for asking about the pricing. As a professional and a local resident, I am disappointed by the lack of customer service and the attempt to overcharge for basic printing. I'll be taking my business to Staples from now on."

  The staff at this location consistently exhibit unprofessional and unfriendly behavior. I have experienced particularly negative interactions with one employee, whom I can identify by his red hair and glasses, though I do not know his name. While I have historically frequented this establishment due to its convenient proximity to my residence, these ongoing issues have led me to decide that I will now seek services at an alternative location, despite the increased travel required.
