  TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE call up there to ask a question and keep getting put on hold. For 5 minutes, immediately answers first ring then put me on hold! I'm gonna assume they were busy but by the time I came up here to use the notary services, the store is empty! If you're wondering how things work at this store, when you come in you're on their time. The gentleman behind the counter helped me out fast but when he called to the notary( the lady who kept putting me on hold), she took her sweet time coming to the front. Mind you IM THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN THE STORE. She's taking so long the gentleman actually apologized for how long it was taking. My response was "It's ok clearly im on yall time" When she finally gets to the front i have to sign my document again my fault I didn't wait for her to sign. She prints another one then asks "is this for your taxes?" I didn't know the notary was allowed to read your documents. I asked if she read it and he response was no I just saw a couple words the first paragraph is about taxes. So not only are you taking your sweet time, you're reading my person documents. Please only go to this store if you want to waste your time and deal with somebody who clearly doesn't want to do their job. AND THIS IS A MANAGER ACTING LIKE THIS. KATIE NEEDS TO BE RETRAINED OR FIRED! Edit: Clearly the manager replies to the reviews. This is an unprofessional store. Never said my name nor does my name appear in my Google name. Went back to her journal just to get my name. DONT GO TO THIS STORE!

  I like this location. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. I got help from both Mariahs and they were both great. One of them even helped me get my heavy item out of my car. Taking one star off, though, because this location doens't offer customers a dolly to bring in their heavy items. That's poor customer service. Other than that, everyone is great there.

  Even with a line of customers to the door, the line moved quickly. Staff of two, handled everyone smoothly & efficiently.

  I came in today to return an Amazon package. I waited in line and observed the employee assisting other customers in a friendly and patient manner. When it was my turn, I told her I needed to return a package. She asked if I had a QR code. I said yes and showed it to her on my phone. She then said it was actually a label that needed to be printed and that there would be a charge. I said that was fine. She also told me I would need to purchase packaging, which I agreed to. After that, she asked me to step aside and began speaking very quickly. This process was new to me, and I was trying to understand what I needed to do. She handed me a card, highlighted an email address, and told me to send something there, but did not clearly explain what was required. When I tried to ask a question for clarification, she called the next person in line before I had finished speaking. I felt dismissed and rushed. I was simply trying to complete a return and understand the process. I would appreciate being treated with the same patience and respect given to other customers. Update: I left the store and found a better price, better customer service, and yeah, no package was necessary to purchase.
