  After spending hours creating a graduation banner online, I placed an order for one to be picked up the same day. I received a call from the store an hour later stating their machine was broken and would not be fixed until next week. The employee (who sounded like she was rushing to get off the phone) gave me the option to postpone my order or cancel it. The inconvenience this caused was beyond frustrating but the customer service was even worse.

  They’re usually friendly and speedy process for returning my amazing packages. Idk who was working there this most recent time I came but it was a long line of us customers and the 2 cashiers didn’t greet anybody when we stepped up in line. I noticed that one cashier didn’t even say a word to one of the customers I thought that was a bit rude

  24 people in line. Rather than working the line the manager is just barking at people at the door which he locked at 750, climbing over the counter like a bank robber. These people couldn't care less about customer experience. Employe at the door also snapping his fingers at people now, complaining that there are customers in the store. "It's 7:56 and we are now closed." Absurd.

  With Office Depot/Max basically gone and not setting foot in a Best Buy again for tech gear, Staples is the lone holdout. Still going strong, goto place for Ups and Amazon returns. Good random deals and ship to store services as needed. Like most chains, understaffed often, but if you go during non rush hours, good service and quick shipping and returns
