- NJNicole JonesFeb 23, 20261.0This post office is the closest one to me with a kiosk, however the drop off box is typically full so after I get my labels I have to wait in line to drop off my packages. The staff is perpetually rude to customers, especially if you already have your labels and just need to drop stuff off. They never have full staff and you can tell the staff that is there is not happy to be there. Currently waiting for them to find a package they lost a month ago that was dropped off and staff printed the label. This location needs staffing that is polite, and self serve things available. What’s the point of the kiosk if I still have to wait in line to drop my packages off as the drop off bin is always full and get the worst customer service when I had my things together when I come to the counter.
