I’ve had a very negative experience with USPS. The staff were extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. Whenever I asked for assistance, they refused to make any effort to help. It felt like they had no interest in providing even the most basic customer service. Their responses were dismissive and, honestly, hateful in tone. I don’t understand why they treat people this way, but it comes across as unethical and unprofessional. I’ve never experienced such poor service before, and it left me very disappointed.
