I don’t typically leave negative reviews but sometimes it’s necessary. I wish I got the representatives name but I came in on Wednesday at about 2:45 pm. I don’t know if it’s a race issue and I would hate to believe it is since the majority of customers visiting this location are of different demographics, but when a representative of the company thinks it’s okay to explain something to a customer as if they’re stupid, it’s hard to believe it would be anything other than so. Came in with a package and a code to return my items and rather than the representative explaining to me why she couldn’t take my package or giving me another option, she just repeated the same sentence as if I spoke another language and wasn’t comprehending the language. English is my native language, I don’t need you repeating the same sentence, I need you to explain to me why you can’t take my package when I clearly have a code in my hand and how to move forward with the process. I was nothing but respectful attempting to figure out why she couldn’t take my package. And it’s extremely disrespectful to call your customers names as they walk out of your business. Unbelievable customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Very, very unpleasant. They closed at 6:28 when they close at 6:30. Wouldn’t let us in. they needed to scan a code and take the package - that’s all. Then they slammed the door on my face

My past experiences have been good, the one last week was horrifying, the female clerk was an awful customer service.She did not even attempt to try and help me with my issue, just stood back with her arms crossed. I then went to staples

Horrible customer service and do not know how to return multiple shipping labels. And they make you feel like you don't understand things, when i literally showed them i was clicking a different image. Still said it's the same qr code... qr codes are dumb for people who don't understand how they work. In hindsight, maybe it was because she was possibly doing it in the same transaction. But you work for UPS, you should know this. Train them better. Now i gotta deal with amazon, and if amazon says they didn't get both products, i'm filling a police report and requesting camera footage. Trash service that bothers you for a while. I never write reviews, you can check, this place sucks.

Excellent service and very helpful. FYI they DO offer Notary services for $10 per signature, and can provide a Witness signature for $5 each as well. It is a walk-in service, until 6pm. However, if you need to next-day air mail the notarized documents, you should come into the office by 4:30pm (next day air cut off is 5pm, M-F). They also reminded me not to sign anything myself because it has to be done in front of the Notary. And finally, they reminded me to bring my government issued ID that matches the name on the documents / my signature (drivers license is OK). They were very friendly and helpful, as always.
