I came in today to return an Amazon package. I waited in line and observed the employee assisting other customers in a friendly and patient manner.
When it was my turn, I told her I needed to return a package. She asked if I had a QR code. I said yes and showed it to her on my phone. She then said it was actually a label that needed to be printed and that there would be a charge. I said that was fine. She also told me I would need to purchase packaging, which I agreed to.
After that, she asked me to step aside and began speaking very quickly. This process was new to me, and I was trying to understand what I needed to do. She handed me a card, highlighted an email address, and told me to send something there, but did not clearly explain what was required. When I tried to ask a question for clarification, she called the next person in line before I had finished speaking.
I felt dismissed and rushed. I was simply trying to complete a return and understand the process. I would appreciate being treated with the same patience and respect given to other customers.
Update: I left the store and found a better price, better customer service, and yeah, no package was necessary to purchase.

There is a teenage girl with blonde hair and glasses who works here that was pretty rude. I asked to buy a box, and she said "we need to measure the item you need it for". I pointed at the box that I want, yet she doesn't even turn her head. When she gets me the box after asking again, I see the price is 9.99 and ask if I can use a box my shop vaccuum came in and she immediately started shaking her head and saying "no", knowing nothing about it. She then said "You can grab a box from the dumpster if you want". Man, that was just such a strange interaction. It's not like I was even being rude.
